I have been at it with scam brokers such as Option Stars Global lately because it seems like the root of the problem stems from there. The recent boom of scam brokers is mainly because of the boom in binary options trading. As many legitimate brokers refuse to work with some of the scams out there, a new type of broker has popped up. Many of these brokers have numerous clauses in their terms that leave loopholes for them to get out of actually paying out any profits and work exclusively with scam software. Though there will always be shady brokers out there, one thing is for sure, the less people fall for their lies, the less binary options scams will be out there because they will have no broker to work with.

Though there are some legitimate brokers that are connected to some of the scams out there, you will rarely see them. Usually it is because they have not caught on that a scam website is the one that is sending them their traders. Though brokers are always desperate for new traders, the legitimate ones know well enough that connection to them will ruin their name.

Who are Option Stars Global?

This is a broker that has been around since 2015. This is the first sign that this is probably a scambroker . Though it doesn’t mean that 100%, it’s important to understand that the big boom of binaryoptions scams has been over the last couple of years and especially over the last year more and more new brokers have been popping up with the sole goal of working with these scams.

Option Stars Global is owned by Novox Capital Ltd. They are located at 60 Regeane St., 3 rd Fl., Nicosia, Cyprus and their UK contact phone number is +44 203 807 0647. You can also reach them at email support@optionstars.

The Option Stars Global Scam Broker Website and Platform.

When you land on the Option Stars Global website you immediately notice that their website is so badly made that you are surprised that it exists at all. I have tried opening it on 2 different browsers and both times the website content is completely out of place covering various other content and made unreadable.

Obviously, they don’t pay much attention to detail , not to mention probably have not visited their own website since creation or else this issue would have been fixed. This is very worrisome because it means that they give the rest of their business the same type of attention.

This broker uses the Tradologic platform which offers all major Forex pairs as well as minor pairs. There are plenty of commodities, stocks, and stock market indexes to select from as well. With this platform you can trade high/low binary options, touch/no touch, and range. There are also turbo options available in 15, 30, 45, and 60 second time frames along with 2 and 5 minute options. The minimum deposit is $250 and the platform is available in a number of languages.

A quick search reveals that this broker is actually regulated by the Cyprus Securities Exchange Commission with license #224/14.

Why are Option Stars Global a Scam Broker?

Well, to go as far as that I don’t know, but they are certainly a very shady broker . They may be registered, but that does not completely exempt them from wreaking havoc and losing their traders trust. As of May 2016 this broker has an FPA Traders Court guilty vote against them and the FPA actually discourages traders from investing with them unless this is resolved . Considering that we are towards the end of September, obviously this issue is ongoing.

Interestingly enough, there is a difference between Option Stars and the OptionStars Global scam broker, though they work together. After some research and reading into some of the complaints about this broker I discovered that this particular broker is in fact NOT registered and they are playing some scheme bouncing traders from the registered broker to the non-registered one.

The complaint filed is for upwards of $40K CAD that was kept from trader and followed by his account being suspended. Only the remaining $13K CAD was returned and account was closed without explanation. From the looks of it, this guy has invested more than $70K CAD into this broker!

Hi everybody. I was lucky and lost £250 only. When I made deposit to optionstarsglobal (unfortunatelly) the red light highlighed in my head. I called to my bank and restricted my card few minutes later. Because I didnt make any trades I asked them for deposit return to my bank account via wire bank withdraw. They refuse it because I didnt send colour copies of my documents. I asked them for the license number and few details – no respond for 1 month. Today I received email – my account has been suspended but still can log in. I called them and demand close my account – I was ready for deposit lose, but what happened later made me laugh – I received auto-responder from support@optionstarsglobal that my attempt to make £2000 deposit was declined by bank – of course – when card is restricted – no more transactions 🙂 . Be aware its SCAM.

Big surprise, today I received msg from my bank – OSG paid me back full deposit amount – payment transaction registered as Merchant Voucher, sent from the same account where deposit was transfered. I think its happened because They wewre not able convince me there are genuine as well as did not give any answer and explanation why tried transfer more money from my account without authorisation. I think it was a bug in their auto-respond system. They know that declined transaction is not shown in the card operation system, so if I had not receive email from their support responder, I would never know They tried something. My experience with Option stars Global has been stressful. I joined them in June 2016. They completely gained my trust. The broker which I first had seem to know his market and seemed sincere and genuine. He help make me substantial amount of profits but I was not able to withdraw any. Each time I made a withdrawal request I was contacted to cancel the withdrawal and that he would help me to gain more profits from new potential trades that were coming in the market. He had an accident and hospitalised and I was then placed with another broker by the name of David Rossi. i went through the same process with him and again was persuaded not to withdraw. I was then placed with a third broker by the name of Lucas Vella. He gained my trust again and invited me to enter some insured trades which would expire just before xmas. He explained that being insured trades whether they were winning trades or losing trades you would get back all of your investment. This was a win win situation so he was able to go over my credit card limit to fund the trades. He also matched the amount I deposited. The trades resulted in 3 losing trades and 1 winning trade. I then began asking him to cover the insured losing trade investments back to my account. He said yes he would then followed lies claiming to be in the US and unable to process anything then mentioning the bonuses which I had and saying you need to perform several trading volumes before being able to withdraw profits. I send emails to the broker and Skype messages but now he is not responding at all. I had a substantial amount in my trading account and the bonuses do not affect it. I then put in for a withdrawal request. The maximum I was allowed to have was $14096.00 I requested $14,000 as this would be the total I have placed with them since joining. I wanted my initial investment back as it seemed that I was not likely to get back any profits. I made this request on 27th December but nothing has come to me since. I have been in contact with my bank and told my credit card company about the situation so now they will open a claim to try and get the funds back. I was able to locate their customer support department telephone number which is 0203 769 9019. When I call I get people who seem helpful and sympathetic to the situation. They say they will get someone to call back but no one calls back. They do not respond to my emails either. i have contacted the online fraud investigation as this to me is criminal and have reported the broker. I will go further than that i. e.. CYSEC who are their regulators under their name Novox Capital Ltd., I am approaching the trading standards and the financial ombudsman. I am heavily overdrawn with my credit card and hope that the bank will take this situation into account and not penalise me. I have a crime reference number given to me from actionfraud. co. uk. I call the customer support number daily with hope of getting back my funds. I will also let the online fraud investigation do their enquiries. Please do not let these people get away with these crimes. Use all the organisations to get help and let’s all stop this happening to other people!!

I am trying to dispute some trades here as well, Same experience, make me a lot of money in two months and made me max out my credit cards, But I did had one amt sent back to me as promised and i thought it was legit. So i went on further n pushing even more my limits on my card. Then one broker who was helping my main broker took many big trades with me last friday and invested my total amt. Now I am worried about the trades turning sour and losing my money. I want to challenge this and if there is a way to nullify the trades.

They have the same registered address as Option Stars Global, and I would like to know if there is any action being taken against them. They will asked you to max out on the trading and show you the profit and then without you realizing it the next few trading are all losses and you are left with nothing. Prey on older inexperienced people, convince them to max out their credit cards and when they see that you become suspicious they steer you into another scam to try and steal your identity by telling you that to get your money back you have to send them all your private information. These people need to get tortured and burned alive. Especially a guy named Benny Marshel. Stay away and spread this to everyone you know so no one else has to suffer.

Whilst a client of us, the client received, amongst other benefits, extensive care, guidance, and financial education in order to assist them to trade. It should be noted that the client has sole responsibility for their account since they have sole discretion. Subsequently the client has sole responsibility for making decisions, inter alia, how much to deposit, how much to trade, etc.

By signing all documents the client also confirmed that he has read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of the company, as well as is informed of the risks of trading online binary options by the Risk Disclaimer displayed on the site.

Your client claims regarding the trades executed by him self on November 24th 2016; He claims that at 16:00 nearly all trades were close and the account was 0 Euro. This claims should be found baseless as all trades were open with expiry time of a few days. The trades were expire on November 29th.

The „Trade Rate“ and „Strike Rate“ are the same price; indicating they were no spreads, this is the rates the platform provide at the time.

At this point your client misunderstood and start raise threats at the company employee over phone and emails.

We have tried to reach an understanding with your client but he refuse.

We have decided, due to lack of proper response to our employees, to restore the original balance and refund the full deposit amount. Important to note that while restoring the balance and cancelling trades we suffered a great loss.

Trade Rate (or Strike Rate) is the prize at which the trade was opened. When I analysed the data of the trades on 24/11/2016 I looked at the data, including Trade Rate, at the platform of Optionstarsglobal and on a MT4 data . There was no large difference between the last two. But in 2 cases, USDCAD and CADJPY the differences between the data used by Optionstarsglobal on my trades were so ENORMOUS that data manipulation was evident.

The criminal intent of Optionstars becomes evident when looking at the chats with Jan van Dijck and an e-mail with the support, namely:

My account was at 23.380 Euro and I wanted to make a partial withdrawal. Jan van Dijck refused and insisted that I continue trading. On the afternoon of the 24/11/2016 I was „invited“ to trade at „gold level“ with a vip analyst and I fell into the trap. From him I got 4 winning tades using a moderate trading volume.

He came back 1/2 h later and gave me 6 more trades – this time with an extremely high volume (5000 Euro) which killed my account in 30 min.

I see now from your „triumphant“ tone, that you orchestrated this.

Because – looking more closely at the charts – I saw that the Trade Rate of 2 trades was grossly manipulated (others moderately).

I think this is a criminal act and I don`t hesitate to publish this act and inform relevant authorities.

And the „triumphant“ tone is a very strong indication that this was really planned.

Optionstarsglobal made no comment about my complaint that they intentionally gave me loosing trades which included manipulations of forex data to kill my account. But they reset my account to a value of my deposit In doing that they destroyed also the trading history of the trades in question – hoping to hide the criminal nature of these trades. Having this in mind they could write: This claims should be found baseless as all trades were open with expiry time of a few days. . However – the screenshots I made tell a different story. And their e-mail after the trades too.

I read your e-mail ot 17.01.2017 very carefully and I hope you did the same concerning my comments in my e-mail of the same day.

Now I propose that we should agree an a settlement which should follow the following considerations:

On 24.11.2016 i was invited to to take trades from your vip analyst which – without any doubt possible – were meant to kill my account. Why ? To avoid that I could make any claim for a withdrawal.

Concerning the „invitation“ above I had 2 choices:

In case a) my account would still be at 23.380 Euro.

In case b) my accout would be at about 13.000 Euro.

Why ? Because at least 2 trades (CADJPY and USDCAD) would have been winning trades if the forex data used for these trades were not grossly manipulated.

Concerning above option b) it should be considered that I had no reason to not accept the proposed trades which your „vip analyst“ gave me. Your only argument could therefore be: you were silly and you must pay for it. I would even accept this argument – but this could only lead to a partial responsibility – that of a misled victim of a criminal activity.

Should you not deign to answer to this proposition I will submit the case Manfred Schall % Optionstarsglobal to the judgement of community of Foreypeacearmy. In this case you would be invited to take part and defend your arguments.

I am also waiting for the mediation of the Financial Ombudsman to whom I filed a complaint. Should the conclusion be that there was unlawful behavior from your side I will not hesitate to go to Cyprus to ask for a criminal investigation.

I did the same mistake. They told me on the phone many times that it will be no problem to get the money back in anyway “Its always your money and you can withdraw it whenever you want”. But it seems that I will loose it. Perhaps we should do a class action.

This is the single worst company I have ever dealt with. After speaking to a couple cocky and condescending brokers I requested that I not be contacted any further.

Hi guys. This is Binary client from AU. I have been scamed recently by option stars global. They are refusing to bring my deposit back. They are telling me about the bonus and that i have to complete trade volumes. It was very silly of me to give 250 euro deposit to these crooks without doing some research first. I immediately got suspicious because their website looked dodgy. So I requested my deposit back literally straight away. I got the reply saying I had to send them coloured copies of ID, utility bill and a bank card. When I asked what for and why in colour, I got no reply. It is then I googled the reviews and got to this page! Sadly too late! I’m writing this to warn others who are thinking to deal with them DO NOT DO IT. I contacted my bank, they couldn’t do anything as I’d entered the agreement as they said. I’ve sent a number of emails to the crooks trying to persuade them to give me my money back as they’ve never done any trades for me, no work whatsoever, GOT NO REPLY, THEY SIMPLY COULDN’T CARE LESS. Also what is extremely annoying is that their staff calls me every 15 minutes from all over the world. I answered one call. It was a guy with Indian accent calling himself Steve Martin (yeah, right) with the worst communication skills ever. Asking me questions like how old I am, what job I do, what’s my income, and then what’s the expiry date on my credit card, what the first number, what’s the second… OMG, IT HAD TO BE HEARD TO BE BELIEVED. As per your policy registration they should have the Company name and the IP of each number registered as per your DIDWW policy.

They are in Ireland Dublin virtual numbers DIDWW registered in Ireland but UK numbers You should report to RIPE-NCC as well. I just got scammed by OPTION STAR GLOBAL. When I asked for a refund they said that I have to complete 40,000 usd trades which is impossible because you willl loose your money in the end. The guy that I spoke to named AHMED QASSIM even asked for the 3 digits number at the back of my card which I refused to give. Im felt so down because it was my hard earned money and I lost it because of those evil who do not have the heart for their victims. This is a lesson learned for me and I believed in KARMA. In meinem Fall geht es um insgesamt 5000€. Ich wollte den Mindestbetrag von 250€ investieren. Man hat jedoch von meinem VISA Konto versucht insgesamt 13.800€ abzubuchen. Nur die Tatsache, dass die Karte auf 5000€ begrenzt war, hat den Schaden reduziert. Nach meinem Widerspruch hat man sogar meine Unterschrift gefälscht. Man hat die Unterschrift für die 250€, die ich investieren wollte, kopiert und unter die Teilbeträge bis zu den 5000€ gesetzt. Mein Ansprechpartner bei OptionStars hiess Thomas Burk. Ich kann nur allen raten, die Finger von diesem betrügerischen sogenannten Broker zu lassen. Die sind rücksichtslos!

It took me only a quick glance at Empire Option to understand that EmpireOption is trying to do things differently and they don’t want to be “just another” SpotOption brand. Their website is well structured and the entire experience is pleasant because you don’t have to spend time to search for information which is scattered all over the place. Everything is where it’s supposed to be. And the more I learned the more I liked it. The trading platform is very user friendly, there are many trading tools and options and the payouts are good. The whole trading experience and graphic design are top graded, similarly to all SpotOption based brokers, but with the new Spot2 platform they have gone above what the average broker is doing. Empire uses the platform to its full potential, offering one of the most complete lists of assets around and make for some of the best binary options trading when coupled with the available expiries.

Update August 2016: Although their website is one of the better-looking ones, some information is missing. For example, we couldn’t locate their FAQ section, their Asset Index and more importantly, the clear name of the owning company (we gave you their name above, but it took some “detective” work).

Update February 2017 – This is one of the better SpotOption spin-off’s and includes all the bells, whistles and frills you could want. It’s also not regulated, hiding behind a front company and has a poor reputation among traders and regulators so is not on our list of recommended brokers.

EmpireOption Complaints.

One small but important step before depositing into any broker is checking a few search engines such as Google for any broker complaints. It’s very simple, Bots are doing the work for you. The thing is that all brokers have complaints on the internet – if one doesn’t, something fishy is going on – and Empire Option is no exception but considering that they are in business since 2010, the amount of complaints is very few and during the last couple of years they are even fewer so it’s fair to say this company was indeed improved in terms of client’s support.

Update August 2016: According to most of our readers that took the time to comment on our EmpireOption review page, this broker is heading into shady territory. Clients complain about problems with withdrawals and poor communication with the broker, unprofessionalism, and risky practices.

EmpireOption Bonus.

The bonus at EmpireOption is average, around 30% for any deposit. This amount grows as your account grows. There also may be additional incentives from time to time (currently they are running a trading contest with accumulated 70K USD of prizes). The standard trading minimum volume is 30 times * bonus. In order to make any withdrawal of any kind you must meet the minimum trade volume.

EmpireOption Withdraw.

We checked out the withdrawal policy at EmpireOption and found some interesting results. Withdrawal is based on account tier. The lowest account has a minimum of $200, maximum of $500 and requires 20 trades in order to qualify for withdrawal. The highest tier, VIP, requires only 5 trades and has no minimums, maximums or cost. The middle tier, Plus, has a ten trade requirement, a minimum withdrawal of $100 and a max of $3500. Micro accounts take 10 working days to process, Plus accounts take 5 working days to process and the best, the VIP, are immediately processed and sent to your receiving account. For withdrawals of over USD 1000, EmpireOption is entitled to make the transaction via wire transfer.

Update February 2017: Withdrawal fees are still here and compounded by trade minimums. They differ based on account tier: Micro account – 30 USD; Classic – 25 USD; Plus – 20 USD; Preferential – 10 USD; Empire VIP – 0 USD.

Empire Option Fun Facts.

1. On their website, they show a thumbnail that reads “Regulated by: Norton Secured”. Last time I’ve checked, Norton is an antivirus, not a regulatory authority/agency. Update February 2017 – EmpireOptions is now regulated by “McAfee SECURE”.

2. On their home page, they say they are the Official Sponsor of Olympic athletes Federico Bruno and Gerard Giraldo and they show the medals won by these 2 athletes at the Rio 2016 games (a total of 16 medals). They don’t actually say these medals were won at the Rio 2016 Games but the thumbnails and pics clearly point towards that. The fun fact is that according to Google, the 2 athletes did not win any medals in 2016.

EmpireOption Ratings.

EmpireOption is based on the popular SpotOption2 platform. The website is very user-friendly and has been recently improved. The trading experience flows nicely. The platform is modern and graphically attractive. EmpireOption is available in 5 languages: English, Portuguese, Spanish, French and Deutsch.

No. of Assets and Expiry time 17/20.

The total number of assets varies during the day as one market opens and another closes. There are over 2 dozen international indices including the major U. S., EU and Asia-Pacific indices, 8 commodities, about 20 currency pairs including Bitcoin and over 100 stocks. Expiry are not that great however. The platform allows you to choose expiry that ranges from 30 seconds to end of day to end of the week, next week, end of the month, next month and the next on out until the end of the year, but very limited choices when it comes to short expiries.

Commissions, Support and Effective return 15/20.

EmpireOption don’t charge any fees or commissions from traders when they first deposit or purchase options. Withdrawals from the Micro Account are charged with a 30$ fee for all methods with that fee decreasing as your account grows. The really crappy part is that there is also a trade minimum to maintain account status which means you have to trade, have to win and have to leave your winnings in your account to avoid fees. EmpireOption support may not be the best I’ve seen. The effective return is close to average with a range of 70%-82% for In-The-Money. The Out-of-Money refund stretches from 0-5%.

Deposit, Payment and Bonus 14/20.

A minimum initial deposit of $100 is required at EmpireOption for a Micro account. The deposit methods which are accepted by this trading platform are Money Bookers, Skrill, Payza, Credit or Debit Card and Wire Transfer. Withdrawals are generally available via the same methods with minimum fees applied. The first withdrawal of the month is free for all account types except Micro. Depending on your account your withdrawal will take anywhere from 10 days (Micro) to immediate (VIP). EmpireOption offers attractive Bonuses but in order to get the bonus you will have to request it, it is not automatic. The volume required to withdraw any money if you accepted a bonus is 30 times that bonus.

Update February 2017: Deposits are easy but when are they not? Account requirements here suck, making withdrawal requirements sucks and the complaints about not getting money out have piled up.

I traded on their site. First of all, their CSR’s are incredibly rude. They don’t answer question, can’t speak English talk over you and send you emails FULL of sarcastic, snide comments and laced with profanity. Yes, I have the emails to prove it. Not only that but the website itself is full of terrible grammar and typo’s….doesn’t inspire confidence. That in itself was enough to turn me away from this site and cancel the card I’d used to fund the account.

When I first talked to a Rep from Empire Option’s, His name was Frederico Demczylo. He talked me into putting up $500.00 of my money and he said that the company would put up the same amount. After that he got back to me and told me my account was activated. In December 2014, I registered though Quick Cash System to make trades. QCS clearly stated that I may withdraw funds at any time. QCS then advised me to register at one of their recommended trading sites and send the required $250 minimum deposit to trading firm. The only firm that was available was Empire Options. The other options state “not available in USA”. Empire Option trading site pays commission fees to QCS for soliciting customers to make deposits at Empire. I then registered at Empire and deposited $250. They also charged me an unknown charge of $7.99 for the deposit transaction. I was unable to coordinate the QCS site and Empire to make trades and eventually my Empire log ins would not work either, so after I had sent over 100 emails regarding being unable to trade, set up 3 or 4 new email addresses each time at their request with assurance that it would work now, had QCS and Empire point fingers at one another, I requested a refund. In the meantime I had numerous requests ignored by Empire/account rep Natalia for access to my account since my log ins did not work, and still do not work as of June 2015. Last response from Natalia/Empire in January 2015 was to give her a chance to look into it. No response as of June 26, 2015. If Empire was a reputable firm they would be straightforward and tell potential customers upfront before a deposit is made that there are no refunds of deposits. A refund is different from a withdrawal. With all of my documented problems, Empire should refund my deposit in order to maintain an appearance of integrity. I am notifying my bank, the United States Postmaster General, the United States Attorney General, and the Regulator of the Commerce Code of the Republic of Uruguay that I have been unable to access my Empire account log in since December 2015 and they refuse to refund my $250. AVOID THIS BROKER!! You can’t withdrawal unless you complete there ridiculous 20 trade minimum. After loosing 75% of my money, I still can’t get my money out, which is exactly to 20 trades. Another important point is they are regulated in Uruguay not in Cyprus and I think that my money is secure there, outside Cyprus problems.

Don’t trust this type of game. 60 seconds operations are scam. Behind the “volatility”, allways they make some adjustments. Too many delays, to long expiring time and if you compare the rates with some independent charts, you will see big diferences of the rates. Ficar longe. Yes, I’ve tried several BO sites. My last one, the Green Big website, I got GBP12,xxx in my account. No bullshit man and I lost it all again. Money in there was NOT your money. I won’t say they are a scam, but they have info going around that they are regulated. they are NOT! i’ve traded numerous platforms and did quite well. traderush, banc de binary (before they stop taking us traders) NRGbinary and 24hour option. I always got a fair shake, i can’t seem to win at all on their platform, but the same trade win on traderush. go figure. also, do not get a micro acct. you have to place 20 or so trades before you can withdraw and the cost is $25/trade. I will NEVER use them again and would STRONGLY advise others to stay away, as well.

empire option is no longer taking US customers. I just tried to open an account based on your recommendation and they said they do not take US customers now even though the website says they do. There is no “united states” to select in their list of countries when you try to register.

Like many people I am experiencing the same shady business practices with Empire Option. My latest deposit was $3,000 with Empire Option, after losing most of my money I decided to close out my account. I was told that I could not close my account until I completed $30,000 worth of transaction investments because I was given a bonus when I deposit the $3,000. I did not asked for a bonus, their broker called me several times asking to deposit more money on top of the $1,000 I had already deposited. These guys are only in this to take your money. I started with $500 and a trader called and said I would need to add $500 before they could trade my account and offered a matching bonus (I was green). He told me I only had to do 3x volume or 3000 in trades before I could withdraw any profits.

No trades were done for almost 2 weeks even though I called and emailed. Then someone called trying to convince me to deposit another $1500 so my account could be traded at 5000 and I would see a better return. I asked him how that was possible since there was zero activity and no way to “follow” anyone since all the traders were maxed out at 100 followers.

He said that he would have someone correct the situation. This was on a Friday and on Monday someone traded my account. They lost over 1000 of my money. No one would answer calls or email for the next 3 weeks. I have been trading on binary since. Their signal are bonus. The trades ALWAYS lost more than they win, constantly eroding the balance. I tried to withdraw but you have to have 30x times the bonus or 30,000 in volume, not 3. (I am at 7500).

The signals are rigged and not based on anything other than numbers plugged in by EO. No matter whether put or call, they will manipulate the numbers to effect the outcome.

When i try make cash out, i still see ERROR. I send them 100000 of emails, try call to them, chat ect… 0 response. When i send them email “if I dont get money on my skrill today, I send notification to POLICE” i get response: “…don’t worry go if you need to go to the police do it” & # 8211; brazen idiots. On 8/16/16, after I signed up on the website of optionrobot, a man named Roberto (could be alias) called me and asked me to give him my credit card info over the phone. At first, I was a little suspicious, but he said this was the way they conducted business. He said: “If you deposit $250, I will credit your account another $250. So I asked him to charge my card $250. He said this money would go to Empire Option Broker to open an account for me. They work together and Empire Option uses their option robot software to trade. Then, he said: “Let me charge your card another $250 and I will give you another $250 bonus”. I answered no. He was so unhappy.

The next day, I tried several times to log in to their website to trade. But it denied my access. I sent emails to them for help and called their office # several times. So far till this day, nobody responded my emails and nobody picked up the phone. I tried to use their “forget password” service but they don’t even have my log in info. I contacted my credit card company and asked them to stop payment.

This is the most disgusting company I have ever dealt with. Only when threatened with court action did they return my funds. All the staff lie to try to get you to deposit more money. The account managers have no idea how to trade and tried to blow my £5000 account up in just 5 £1000 trades. I opened the account to test option robot, but that is also a con. 10 winning trades in demo mode followed by 10 losing trades in live etc!

Stick to regulated brokers. I’m now with Stock Pair. 10/10.

fell into their trap by using their “real time” demo trading account. I paper traded their system for weeks using their Irobot demo account that they offer and it hardly ever failed, it was awesome and I thought I finally found the binary robot I was looking for. Sure it had some losing trades but every half hour session I ran it, it was very profitable. So I spoke to one of their advisors and he told me how wonderful the system is so I got sucked in and made a substantial deposit, used the same settings that worked so well in demo mode. Damn was I wrong. Their robot system lost my TOTAL deposit in less than 3 hours. Now that i was using real money (Mine) it lost 5 out of 6 trades. I later realized that some how they are using simulated trades in demo mode to decieve you and Suck you in. And every time I have tried to call them since all my deposit was lost, now they won’t even answer my calls.

EmpireOption is a NO, NO, people. When you are just considering them they will call you tirelessly. They will go above and beyond in order to get you to deposit. They offer a million things, such as a 100% match if you deposit with American Express, or what have you.

When you want to withdraw, however, your Account Executive is never available, he won’t return your calls, won’t respond to emails, he won’t respond to your calls alluding he is busy, etc. I have been trying to make a withdrawal for 4 months now, to no avail. My requests for withdrawals are cancelled every time, with no apparent reason and no explanation at all.

But if i will send them $2450 they will send me all the money in the Tigers Options first, then we can deal with the others. They are scammers period. I met all requirements on the amount to deposits, trades required to do withdrawal. but guess what no response when you try to get some of your money back.

I was approached by guy called “Freddy” asking me to deposit for “Secured trading”signals which was stated if I win I get the payout, and if I loose their accounting will refund me for the loss.

After 3 constitutive losses they stopped sending further signals. Called and email several times with no success to even talk to any human being.

As I reach out to customer service (via chat box) they said, I have to deposit another $1100.00 USD, considering there was already $1200 on my account.

I decided to withdraw, CS, told me I have to have minimum of 20 trades for a month to withdraw. Placed my 20 trades within few days, and now they are telling me in order to withdraw $500, I have to trade $36,500. because all secured trades were considered “bonus”.

Now, upon first look IQ Options doesn’t seem like a scam right? I mean, they seem very legitimate, and technically, they are. In fact, they are fully regulated and registered in various countries, they have numerous awards, and not to mention the numerous great reviews. Seems like a great option, only, THEY ARE A SCAM ! See, the goal is to make small time traders think they are great in order to get the big fish . Their demo platform is also great and after testing it you think it’s the best around. Only, it is not. Once you invest and start really trading things change.

The problem with IQ Options is that they strive to convince you to invest far more than you can afford and their goal really is for you to win a lot. O motivo? Well, the moment you pass $1,000 they will find a reason to disable your account and leave off with your money. Whether you did something or not, you are kicked out and your investment is down the drain along with your profits.

But Everyone Says it’s OK!

What’s with all the positive reviews you ask? Well, think about it, when you are doing great with a software or are happy with something, do you take the time and write a 1000 word article on how great it is? Of course not, it’s not necessary! You may consider discussing it, but unless your job isn’t to do reviews you won’t write up a nice long review and post it. The positive reviews you see are all fake and all paid with the sole goal to bring them more new traders to trick. Upon registering you will think that it sounds like a fantastic idea to get a bonus and more to trade with, only if you ever want to withdraw your money, I highly recommend you steer clear of them . First off, it states that when it comes to receiving bonuses you have to trade the bonus amount multiplied by 35 . Many brokers do this, and although it seems like a great idea, in the end you find yourself having quite a hard time actually reaching this trade amount before you actually want to withdraw your money. Another thing that caught my attention was this “ Bonus program conditions may vary according to the region of the Client .” This basically means that yes, those are the conditions of the bonuses, but DEPENDING on your region this could be completely different. Only, hey have not provided any information about different regions and the different bonus terms for each region anywhere in the website. This means that the information provided could easily change specifically for you depending your investment and your trading. There is nothing in black and white so they can say whatever they like regarding your trade volume based on your location. The inconsistencies in their Terms and Conditions are more than enough to get you worried.

Although yes, you can earn money, note that with IQ Options, you will not be able to withdraw them . Their platform is simple enough and great to use, and the chances of you actually profiting if you know what you are doing are just as high with any other broker, you will be disappointed in the end .

My tip? If you really do have your heart set on using IQ Option as your broker and are not deterred by the information above do not invest more than the minimum . Sure, accept a bonus if you really want to, but if you want to withdraw your money and not get held up by them, go without it. Also, I highly recommend that when it comes to withdrawing, do not wait until you have upward of $1,000 in your account, make more frequent, smaller withdrawals. As I noticed that their withdrawals can take up to 2 weeks, especially the first one which may take up to 3, I recommend you send your request well before you have reached the $1,000 mark in order to avoid setting off any lights that you are making too much money from them.

Iqoption is a scam…It is a combination of a ponzi scheme, and trading fraud….Their chat support are friendly, but when you face a issue, then you understand their real face. They become ugly in their approach. They become rude, and they do not listen to you. The demo and real account are the same…..Their algoritms calculates the profits different and on a wrong thesis……..You can check that out for yourself and calculate all profits made in a certain time momentum.20 positions and 10 won and 10 lost the loses will be lost but your profits are not the real netto profits but the system calculates 2 times a lost. so basically if you win 10 times and you lose 10 times the system calculates a 10 times loss and a 10 times win minus the first 10 loses. So they basically steal from you a large part of your profits and tell you that it is the right calculation…Be aware of this iqoption….

Very interesting that Iqoption has a different logic when it comes too calculating the profits…Their logic is you win 1000 euro and you lose 500 euro. your netto profit is not 500 euro but 200….they basically calculate 2 times a loss because they calculation is based on the total amount of trades which is 10 positions and you loose 5 positions and after that you make 5 wins but the 5 wins which is 500 euro profit is not the real netto profit of 500 but they pay you only 200,because the system calculates 5 times a loss and then they do 5 loses minus your gross netto profit…so basically they steal from you by applying complex calculation based on many positions on a short timeframe. Be very aware of this company. I see people saying that they make money with the system iqoption. And they are right they do make money. But if you make money another must loose because they steal from one part of the equation to give it to another. It is a ponzi system in operation..They need winners because without winners they cannot attrack new costumers…….But they will steal and they steal from the most people and give it only to a small percentage of winners which basically is around 10%……….This is ponzi and its dangerous…….Then we do not talk about the marketeers putting all kind of stragegies online to lure you into their system…..Do not fall for it…stay away from these guys……

She will never answer your question, her top recommendation is Binary Option Auto Trading, however, I have been using them since the beginning of December 2016. And guess what I have lost all my capital, in the 4 weeks I traded with their software I wasn’t in profit once, not once. Another binary options review website is Quint up, there Code Fibo is their number one choice, yet here it’s a scam. How can all these websites be so different, there’s only one reason that being they get paid to promote a certain software. I’m going to mention every shady thing I ever noticed using IQ option. Forgive me in advance for this messy write up. I’ve been using IQ Option for close to a year now and every strategy no matter how good fails eventually on their real account. Their price charts move funny too especially on 60 sec trades. Each time I try the strategy on my demo I get nice ITMs switch over to real account and the candles become dojis or shoots in the oppsite direction near the end. I’ve seen their prices clearly contradict investing quotes and the worst thing is all along I was blaming myself, kept giving them positive reviews (because really their platform is incredibly impressive, software wise but their ethics is shit which dawned on me a lil late). They get good reviews because their platform looks attractive and easily impresses newbies who are full of hope and excitement about making money. They are the smartest, cleanest and most professional looking crooks in the industry. Maybe that’s how they came up with the name “IQ” option…get it. I apologize. Now they’ve introduced robots which are brilliant because for the first time in the B. O industry, a robot that doesn’t require any minimal deposit or makes you sign up with their horse shit “trusted broker” AND it’s fully customizable. You actually program the robots yourself. You create a set of algorithms that executes your strategies. I gave it a go and created mine. My strategy is so effective that the robot made over $500 in just 6 hours from $2 trades with martingale. In my demo of course. I almost pissed myself in joy. Ran the robot on my real account. Needless to say the robot started lagging, placing trades opposite to what was in the set of algorithms I input, the expirations I set was a minute for each trade but on my trade history some were up to 3 minutes. I stopped the robot as soon as I noticed this but this time the robot froze for up to 5 minutes allowing it to place more losing trades before it eventually stopped. I complained, about this, sent several screenshots but all I got were pointless explanations. Their replies are fast though I’ll give them that. I still don’t know if those were innocent glitches or not but you can be the judge of that. ANOTHER thing is, my anti malware software kept warning me whenever I visit their site or open the app on my pc. Something about it being a malicious website and could have harmful malware which makes me think they could be tracking or spying or whatever shady thing you see fit, in one way or another. Ooooh I almost forgot, their totally fake leader board, or at least I think it’s fake because earlier this year when they still showed you your position on the leader board among other top traders, my name was there showing I had about $250 in my account while all I had was about 25 Turkish Lira (not even USD and yes they’ve got victims in Turkey too. Merhaba) I got suspicious at that point but their ever improving platform and good reviews drowned my suspicions out. Right now I will never deposit my precious money into that broker again. Those fuckboys are making me broker!…Sorry. Dear people, as somebody else already pointed out in the comments, thank you for the warnings. But, please, understand that this cyber-way of making justice out of opinions is as doubtful as the doubted honesty of accused brokers. If they are heavily regulated, in many countries, as iq option, the simple question would be why you did not sue them in court. What you report is fraud and theft against law. In a State of Right, whenever such things happen, one should just go to the next police station. Why didn’t you make it if you are so sure they cheated on the contractual conditions? If you did what was the conclusion? I am by no means an affiliate of anybody, and I am just still demo-playing with iq-option. The customer-broker game is a hard one anyway, because the broker has probability on its side. But why would a regulated broker commit fraud risking to be banned from business by public authorities? And, if this is the case and you guys/gals want really want to help us poor guys not to burn our fingers, instead of writing cheap blogs, you should immediately involve authorities and have the scammers be punished and brought out of the market immediately…

To start with I am not using IQ Options as my main trading platform, I just play around there nothing more. People complain about the demo account being good, and the real account being rubbish. You have to remember it says in its name, “demo account” it’s to demonstrate how the software works nothing more. Again how can all these review websites that view various software’s, auto traders or brokers be so different, in their opinions. If something works it works, if it doesn’t then simple it doesn’t. They all have a hidden agenda and are being paid to promote a certain software or broker period. I have tried and tested hundreds of auto traders, none of which were profitable in the long run none. They are simply way too unreliable to start with, and their algorithms are all over the place. In fact, these websites make it worse for people who want to make extra cash from home, in making them believe in something that is fabricated.

Those who say IQ Options is a scam are full of shit. I tried it works. Lost in the beginning, now I win and I can withdraw with no problems.

im still working on my demo. but i feel it smooth.

I have been practicing on the demo account for about 2 months. This afternoon however I have been blocked and could not use the program any longer. Cannot tell whether this is from IQ Options or otherwise. All I can say is that during the last few days I have been using the martingale strategy and increased my account from €1000 to about €1800. It is really not fair to judge this broker without solid proof… the least I would expect is you to provide some proof like; screen shots of your trades or what their customer service said about your queries… you don’t just jump onto conclusions, However I would not advice anyone to accept the “Bonus offer” because it will restrict you on when you wanna make a withdraw… other than than, all is perfect with me. Some people give negative feedback because they had bad-trades and lost all their money but remember to invest what you can afford to lose because trading involves a high degree of risk. I’ve used it options for 2 years and they’ve been great! Recently I put £100 and made it into 300 in 2 days. From the sound of your article, it is clear that you haven’t really used them but rather got your information from other false texts or, you are useless at trading binary options. I’d suggest that as you don’t know what you are talking about to keep your mouth firmly shut. I use IQ Options and I am totally successful, no issues with them what so ever. To be honest, I have never used another broker so I can not talk for them but the statements you make are false.

I have invested loan amount with Zoomtrade and I have lost everything. The account manager spoken with me on phone about the Bonus is for increasing the chances of profit generation only before the investment. And yes, he also informed me that the bonus amount can claim after reaching the target volume. As I was thrilled to make the money I was following his expertise signals(. ) and my account (Invested amount) reached to half soon later. By that time I have decided not to lose my invested balance money and I requested for a partial withdrawal. He was ignoring me and didn’t answered for many days, and finally he come with an answer that I will not able to withdraw my invest amount because of the terms and conditions of the bonus! At that point only he clarified the fact that the bonus conditions are applicable to the full balance! From that day I have stopped to receiving their false trading signals/advise (even after I have tried few times in a month breaks as per the manager request which was again a failed trading experience!) and started to trade with my own strategy and thus I have slowly started to recover the lost balance. I have recovered almost 55% of the lost money on account with my own trading strategy. By noticing my account growth, they have started to change their trading platform setup accordingly. They started to play with 2 different policies on single trade. For example, on touch or no touch options, they started to give 2 different targets, they have reduced the target point up to 30-40 percentages for NO TOUCH option and in the meantime TOUCH option set above 70-80 percentage! I have asked why they have changed the previous target levels and at least why not offering the same target rate (one target for both options) to choose touch or no touch? There was no reply to my query in the beginning, later their answer was it is ‘due to market conditions’ it is changed! And they never explained me what is that ‘market condition’ to my repeated query. Beware; it’s not easy to make money from such platforms as well as from such brokers.

Ms Anna maybe is a paid or unpaid reviewer. We don’t know. She takes her effort to write. Maybe she is an affiliate. I like reading all these comments. I was always very frustrated after reading them all because who is actually right now. Because I came here to supplement the little I have and by all means not to loose it. But I must say this whole industry as a whole is fraudulent. For people who currency is not dollars and must pay in more money to obtain one dollar a $250 minimum deposit can become quite steep. Not that IQ option requires such a deposit. Test their trading platform against others even the so cold great robots who is showing their trades to be winners. You will clearly see that the different platforms trading prices are not the same at the same corresponding times. So it is easy for them to screw you. Some are out with as mush as 12 pips on any given time. So for any of them to get you out of the money by moving a little this way or that way at the end of your trade is very easy. Even on the robots you will find they showing there trades as winners and then they are not. Or some will show as winners which are correct and some will be losers but then they hope you will not concentrate for to long as later when they start increasing their trades to overcome there losses it will now be winners that they are clearly not if you kept on concentrating and checking. This industry is nothing more than gambling with the odds being in the favor of the broker. And come on against who are you trading. Is it not against the broker. They would like to convince you that you are trading against other traders. But if 100 traders are winning with $100 dollar trades and I am the only one loosing with a $10 dollar trade. Were is the deficit coming from. So no broker is going to just allow you to walk away with thousands of dollars which he needs to pay his/her great vacations great looking cars and houses and private schooling. And if that is not enough If their is this thousands or no wait millions to be made why the hell does people work for these companies. It’s really weird that on my first real account try where I paid just $10, I only did all PUT and I won in succession per $1 PUT that I made $4 in an hour. I put it another $10 and I never won again. Gave another $10 after that and I must had wasted 500usd and only won/withdrew $8 …

it is weird that when you simply observe the charts and check the conditions of indicators, you imagine placing a put and call and it seems it is easy to win, however, when you ACTUALLY click PUT and CALL it seems like you are being sabotaged. I think each user account receives a different set of information and that there is a chart/software configuration that will make you lose, like it has been set up to make you lose.

IQ Options are probably about as legit as they come. What you need to remember is YOU are making money of other PLAYERS not them. That is why you will never earn more than 90% of what you put in.

For example, I put in £10, someone else puts in £10 and the pay out is 90%. That means if I win I get my £10 back + £9. Okay so I won a trade & the other person lost the trade. That now means that the person who lost, lost their entire £10, I however, who won, Won £9 of their money, that spare £1 went to IQ options.

When the bonus system was around it was bad, because if you used it in the T&C’s it said if you use the bonus you will need to make probably 300% of what you got before you can withdraw, people were claiming this is a scam, hence they stopped it.

I have been using IQ options for about 2 months, and so far made +£500. This is not a get rich quick scheme, you are against the stock market, the currencies rates & OTHER PLAYERS.

Also, using real money is very different than using the demo account, whether you realize it or not your emotions change, suddenly you have something to lose, something real. People need to understand this.

Now I’m still not 100% sure if IQ options is a scam or not, BUT SO FAR IS IT LEGITIMATE. They have strict rules, follow them. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY REMEMBER, you are winning money off other traders, not them. So don’t blame them for you losses, they only have a fraction of the money you put in, some average joe you guessed the market right has the rest of you money.

Hi all I’m a trader. I received several requests on my cell phone to join IQ Options. so for $10 I thought it would be a giggle. After 2 weeks I can confirm that IQ Options are completely false and are a genuine scam. All they are doing is taming most of your money and banking it. They don’t pay out much either. The markets DO NOT act in the same way as when I trade which suggests strongly that this outfit are manipulating them to suit themselves. My best advice is to avoid them totally. You would be better off tipping your money down the drain. If you want to make a few hundred dollars try ‘Matched Betting’.

reading both negative and positive reviews is always interesting. but before we believe from any of these, it would be great if we would educate ourselves first about proper trading not gamble. its about risk management. do not trade more than you could afford to lose. i trade with iqoption. at first, i tripled my deposit account in just one seating. then i craved for more. then i lost all. since then i educate myself. risk management that is. controlling one’s emotion and all those technical analysis. when you start educating yourself it would be more fun to trade not gamble. and all losses will be more like “learning process”. just like most traders say “you win some, you loss some, as long as you have steady income”. it takes time but its all worth it in the long run. as for iqoption, it depends on how you trade. controlling one’s emotion is very important when trading.

Sadly this lady does not know what she is talking about. I trade with them the bonus option is no longer available. The minimum trading amount is one dollar which is good if you start with a smaller amount. They recently opened forex trading and crypto currencies. The digital options they have are a lot safer than binary with a good earning potential. I tried to draw money and got them on the next day (UK account ).This lady probably doesn’t know how to trade blew her money got depressed and decided to cry online.

IQ Option was the first site I used and on reading these comments thought “oh god I am going to lose loads of money here if they don’t honour refunds of money etc”

I immediately put in a request to withdraw £6000.

We have a very famous complaint site over here called: reclameaqui. br . I’ve digged into that and the vast majority of complaints are regarding the fact that people couldn’t withdraw their funds. BUT (lots of buts).

Meaning, (sorry for not being conclusive on this), I simply lack the proper knowledge of all these cases to come up with veredict on favor or against IQ.

What I can help with tho is this:

I’ve came across this video looking for “iq option live scam” on youtube. And it explains WHY people aren’t being able to get their funds, and yes, they demand about 6-10 rules. Failing to comply with one or more will prevent you from retrieving your funds.

On a personal note i haven’t yet decided on favor or against it even tho I’ve used real currency and lost.

I’ll just dig in a little further before I invest again.
